BINX: Cat of the Week at the Humane Society of Harford County

Would you like to have your very own house panther? My name is Binx, and the shelter staff are pretty sure I'm a Bombay cat because they can check off all the characteristics:

• a silky all black coat,
• black paw pads,
• black nose and
• coppery eyes.

The Bombay is a cross between the domestic shorthair cat and the Burmese and is known for being sweet (check), gentle (check) and affectionate lap cats who like the company of people and other cats (check, check, and check!).
