BORI: Small Critter of the Week at the Humane Society of HarCo

What's black and white and red all over? That's easy...it's me, Bori, the rooster, the only bird in the Chinese zodiac calendar! Did you know that roosters will literally help to keep the pecking order among your hens? Yep, I'll quickly learn who ranks above whom in your flock and make sure it stays that way. I'll also protect my hens and value their lives above my own. Whew, talk about loyalty! Plus, I'm pretty proud of my bright red comb which is pretty striking against my black and white feathers. So whaddaya say? Can you help a bird out?
