CRUSH: Small Critter of the Week
Crush keeps our staff company while they help customers adopt new pets, but he really hopes his turn to get adopted comes along soon.
Come into the shelter’s main lobby and look on the desk and you’ll see me, Crush the red-eared slider! My job is to keep the staff company while they help customers adopt new pets, but I really hope my turn to get adopted comes along soon. I have a rock in my aquarium that I like to climb on and then – wheeee – jump off the cliff into the water below. Sometimes I splash the desk and get things wet, but it makes people laugh, so no harm done!
