Yeah, I know my name is “Duchess”. But here's my secret, just between you and me: I'll love you even if you're no “Duke" or member of any royal family. Because I won't check your pedigree, your bank account or your credit score. I'm only interested in checking out one thing about you: the size of your heart. And if there's room for a tan and white mutt named Duchess, then it's just the right size for me.

My history with children is unknown, but I love people so much, the shelter staff think I’d be great with kids. Other animals are no bueno but that's okay because I've got enough love to give everyone. The shelter's open 7 days a week, so there's no excuse not to come see me!
