Hello, my name is Hugo, and I am a 2-year-old male Chihuahua mix. I am a little shy but I am warming up to the staff here at the shelter and getting to know everybody. I’m starting to feel comfortable with all the hustle and bustle here, and guess what? My sweet nature is starting to shine through!
