Hello there, my name is Merman and I was found and brought to the shelter by a Good Samaritan. Boy oh boy, am I a sweet kid! I will be the first one to run up to you when you enter the room. I love to talk and run figure eights between your legs. If you’re looking for an outgoing man, that’s me! You can meet me at Rescue Me! at Harford Mall, right next to Vision Works. I look forward to meeting you. (The adoption fee for all adult cats 7 months of age and older is $25 until the end of November.)
