ORTON: Dog of the Week at the Humane Society of Harford County

Are you watching the Olympics? I coulda totally made the ski jumping team because I'm an incredible athlete. But instead, I'm here and my only audience is the shelter's staff and volunteers *sigh.

I'm Orton, and my favorite thing in the world is playing fetch and carrying toys and sticks! If you toss me a stick, I'll propel myself up into the sky to get it. It's pretty cool to watch! I'm pretty easy to walk except when I see a stick that I really want, I'll carry it even if it's bigger than me! I hope we can set up a time to meet soon so I can show you why they call me Sportin' Orton, and how I've mastered the high jump for the 2024 Summer Games!
