A very sweet and distinguished gentleman named Otis is the featured dog of the week at The Humane Society of Harford County.
My face may have some white on it, but my heart is pure gold. Hey everyone, I’m Otis, and I’m a sweet and loving Shepherd mix who’s about 10/11 years old. I’m in search of a nice home where I can lie at your feet and get some nice pats on my head and belly. I may be getting up in years, but like fine wine, I am well-aged.
