Rockville-based Novavax has leased 74,000 square feet between two buildings on Firstfield Road in Gaithersburg. The new location address will span between 20 and 22 Firstfield Road. 20 Firstfield location will be home to their production plant. 22 Firstfield will be their new corporate headquarters.
The company will use its new laboratory and manufacturing space to support a nearly $180 million HHS contract to develop seasonal and pandemic flu vaccines and its new office space will serve as the new corporate headquarters.
