
Anxiety is really just a form of stress, and can be experienced in many ways. It mainly relates to worry about what might happen. These feelings can range from a mild sense of uneasiness to full-blown panic (or anywhere in between). Kids might feel it, too — when facing school demands or an important test, for example.
Stress and anxiety can be alleviated holistically. Last school year I worked with a child dealing with anxiety.
