Feeling restless, scattered, and stressed? Want to explore ways to have greater ease and focus? Join us for meditation. The Unified Mindfulness (UM) system offers tailor-made meditation techniques for practice in the midst of daily life to build Concentration, Clarity, and Equanimity (i.e., mindfulness).
This class comprises an introduction to a specific UM technique, guided meditations, and Q&amp;As. The class is well-suited for both beginners and experienced practitioners of meditation.
