Chesterbrook Academy Campers Donate $700 to Alex's Lemonade Stand
Campers held lemonade stands to raise funds and awareness for children with cancer
Summer campers at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Gaithersburg recently raised $700 to benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, a childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research, supporting families and raising awareness to help cure childhood cancer. To raise money for the organization, campers held lemonade stands throughout July. Through this initiative, campers learned the importance of helping children in need.
