Newton Running Educator Juda McGannon will be conducting a free Natural Running Form clinic on Monday January 30, 7:15 PM at the store. The clinic will focus on proper body mechanics to promote a more efficient foot strike, and will include drills and techniques that you can do on your own. Whether you have Newton shoes already (please wear them), or if you don't (we will have some to demo), this clinic is for you! Several of your favorite Fleet Feet staff will also be on hand to help out, so come on down.
