Hair Cuttery Opens at Downtown Crown
The chain of salons just opened its fifth salon in the Gaithersburg area.

Hair Cuttery celebrates the grand opening of its fifth salon in Gaithersburg on Friday. The new salon is located at 130 Crown Park Ave. in the Downtown Crown shopping center.
“As our salons in Montgomery County continue to thrive, we are excited to open our fifth salon in Gaithersburg,” said Dennis Ratner, founder and CEO of Hair Cuttery. “It is a wonderful community and we are thrilled to continue to provide jobs and services to people in this area. We strive to bring value and style to the entire family through our services and products, while serving as a community partner and supporting local charities and causes that impact our neighbors.”
Hair Cuttery,the largest family-owned and operated chain of hair salons in the country, has an established legacy of charitable support. For the past 16 years, it has sponsored Share-A-Haircut, a salon-wide charitable campaign aimed at giving free back-to-school haircuts to children in need.

Hair Cuttery salons also support local and national causes, including St. Baldrick’s Foundation, American Red Cross, The National Network to End Domestic Violence, American Cancer Society, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Girls on the Run.
