The 28,500-square-foot building includes space for administrative and management staff, sales and marketing, operations, along with equipment warehouse and contents cleaning facility and storage, classrooms for continuing education courses, and product showrooms, to name a few. On October 17, a formal ribbon cutting and grand opening was held at Paul Davis featuring The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) and the organization’s members along with Paul Davis staff, family, friends, subcontractors and vendors. Previously, the restoration company was located at 7410 Lindbergh Drive in Gaithersburg.

For more than 30 years, the Paul Davis business has served customers as a commercial and residential fire and water restoration and full-service remodeling firm with Tom Plant as the local franchise office founder, owner and operator, and 70 full-time highly trained employees.
