The annual fireworks display will take place at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds and will include a concert and strolling entertainers.

The city warns the Perry Parkway entrance will be closed to the public, and that Perry Parkway itself will close between North Frederick Avenue and West Diamond Avenue at 7:30 p.m.

Parking will not be available at the fairgrounds with the exception of vehicles containing disability placards. Parking will be available in the vicinity of the fairgrounds, and there will be shuttles taking crowds from remote parking to the fairgrounds. However, due to high traffic volume, those shuttles will not be in operation after the fireworks display.

A trolley will also be available to take spectators to and from the concert area prior to the start of the fireworks display.
