With 130 beers on tap, the Gaithersburg Yard House offers the largest assortment of draft beer in the city," the restaurant said in a news release. "Each Yard House has its own specially curated beer offering, and a selection of taps are reserved for local and regional brewers, including Burley Oak Brewing Company and RaR Brewing, as well as small-batch and seasonal selections. The restaurant’s rotating Chalkboard Series features hard-to-find limited and seasonal varieties."
The beer is "delivered to the center island bar through more than two miles of individual beer lines stretching overhead," Yard House said.

To celebrate the new Gaithersburg location, Yard House announced it will be donating proceeds from its training events to Capital Area Food Bank — an organization that provides healthy foods and educational resources to communities in need. Once open, Yard House will participate in its Harvest program, which feeds the hungry. According to the restaurant, employees will donate fresh, unused foods to local food banks.
Yard House encourages guests to get involved, too. Patrons who round up their bill at Yard House will be able to donate their change through Round It Up America. According to the restaurant, part of these funds will go to Feeding America, local food bank partners, the Special Olympics, and the American Red Cross.
