Both the Germantown and new Clarksburg sites will be overseen by the same local operator, offering more convenience for upcounty customers.

New MARC Service to Provide Direct Montgomery County-Baltimore Connection (wfmd.com) — Germantown commuters will soon get a direct weekday MARC train to Baltimore starting September 28, eliminating the need to transfer at Union Station. The new one-seat ride, created by adjusting existing trains, will link Germantown with other Montgomery County stops and could cut some trips by nearly an hour, so riders should review updated Brunswick and Camden Line schedules.
3. Montgomery County Top 10: 2026 Preseason Football Rankings (mocoshow.com) — Seneca Valley's football buzz puts Germantown in the spotlight as Montgomery County kicks off the 2026 high school season, with a key opener against Clarksburg that could validate rising optimism. The countywide preseason rankings still have Quince Orchard firmly on top, but several challengers, including Seneca Valley, see this fall as their chance to close the gap.
