Bill Kirchen to Perform at BlackRock

Guitarist Bill Kirchen is bringing his “Dieselbilly” rock credentials to on Saturday, Nov. 19.

The Grammy-nominated artist has performed with some of the best and has earned the respect of a few rock, country and honky-tonk heroes. Naturally, his album “Word to the Wise” features duets with some of them — Elvis Costello, Nick Lowe, Maria Maldaur, and Dan Hicks.

In Germantown, Kirchen and his band Too Much Fun are expected to perform a set of Kirchen originals, according to a BlackRock press release.

Showtime is at 8 p.m.
