Founded in 1982, CCACC is one of the largest nonprofit Chinese American community organizations in the Washington metropolitan area. Through health, education, cultural, sports, and community services, CCACC works to enhance quality of life, promote cultural diversity, and strengthen the community.
The Opportunity
CCACC is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership, work closely with the Board of Directors, strengthen programs and services, and ensure long-term organizational and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold CCACC’s core values, fulfill its established mission, and serve the community.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership while strengthening programs and services.
- Oversee financial and organizational management.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff.
- Build strategic partnerships and represent CCACC.
- Ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance.
Key Qualifications
- Significant leadership, organizational, and strategic management experience, preferably in nonprofit organizations, community services, healthcare, education, or cultural institutions.
- Experience in finance, budgeting, and operations management in a local company.
- Ability to work effectively with the Board, staff, and diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the Chinese American community and strong cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in English and conversational in Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, community-based, social-service, health, educational, or cultural organization.
