Chesterbrook Academy Students Raise Over $250 for Red Nose Day

Students hosted a variety of fundraisers throughout the summer to raise funds for the Red Nose Day campaign

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Germantown recently participated in a number of fundraisers to collect more than $250 to benefit Red Nose Day. To raise money for the campaign, which works to end child poverty, students and their families held multiple fundraisers at local restaurants and retailers throughout the summer. Through their efforts, students learned the importance of helping children in need.

Red Nose Day is a fundraising campaign run by nonprofit organization Comic Relief Inc. The event brings people together to have fun, raise money and change the lives of kids who need help the most. Red Nose Day launched in the U.S. in 2015, and the money raised has benefitted programs for children and young people in all 50 states and in 25 countries internationally.
