County using Summer Oak Drive as a construction zone

The last time I checked, the Woodlake neighborhood is zoned for residential use. Yet the county has decided to store construction equipment here each night while they work on repaving Waring Station, complete with a port-o-potty. Surely there is a more appropriate location for extended storage of their equipment?
