Decisive Communications, Inc. Appoints Karen Ross Director of Human Resources

Decisive Communications, Inc. recently announced the appointment of Karen Ross to Director of Human Resources. With more than 30 years of experience in human resources roles, Ross is responsible for providing overall strategic HR leadership, supporting overall business goals and overseeing the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services.

Prior to joining Decisive Communications, Ross spent more than 30 years providing HR and Human Capital expertise including leadership in diverse, multi-industry work environments. She most recently served as Human Resources Manager at Lockheed Martin, where her duties included managing and providing guidance for HR business strategy, talent assessment and development, along with employee relations and compliance. She has also held human resources positions at Unisys, the Federal Aviation Administration, Fujitsu and General Electric, Carris Reels Inc. and the State of Vermont.

A practiced expert in Human Resources, Ross has proven competencies in thought leadership and customer value creation, workforce planning, and development and management of high performance organizations in both the public and private sectors. She also brings to Decisive Communications expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as vendor relations and negotiations.

Ross graduated with a degree in social work from Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont. She currently resides in Frederick, Maryland.
