Bounce Back Workshop--Budgeting to Savings

Event Description: This interactive workshop focuses on tips for creating a budget that will focus on your priorities, including:

•  Identifying the components of a budget,
• Prioritizing your expenditures,
• Including your financial goals,
• Determining the need for and ways to incorporate saving into the budget.

This class is provided by HIP Services, HIP Services Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. (HIP) is a nonprofit housing developer headquartered in Prince George’s County, Maryland dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods and removing blight.  HIP Services, the service arm of HIP, is HUD-approved for its Homeownership and Foreclosure Prevention programs; further it has a Family Literacy program in Mount Rainier; and provides an interactive advanced financial education course designed to introduce innovative strategies to assist homeowners achieve long term financial stability after a mortgage modification.
