Northwest High School Academic Summit

Northwest High School presents their Fall Academic Summit, sponsored by the African-American Parents Council(AAPC), September 24, 2011, 8 am - 2:30 pm; featuring guest speaker Dr. Karl Reid, UNCF's Senior Vice President of Academi Programs and Strategic Initiatives. AAPC's primary mission is to ensure every child succeeds. The Summit's key goal is to increase student academic and social achievement. A Resource Fair and series of workshops will be offered: Performance Boosters, College Planning, and Advocating for your Child.
