The Board of Education hosts the first of two public hearings Wednesday, Jan. 12 on the FY 2012 operating budget recommended by Superintendent Jerry D. Weast. The hearing, in the auditorium of the Carver Educational Services Center (CESC) in Rockville, starts at 7 p.m. The next hearing is set for Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. in the CESC auditorium.
