A Silver Spring Man Has Been Charged In Connection With A Germantown Home Invasion
A Silver Spring man has been charged in the case of a Germantown home invasion on Sept. 17.
GERMANTOWN, MD — A Silver Spring man has been arrested and charged in connection with a Germantown home invasion on Sept. 17.
Montgomery County Police say that Garrett Spriggs-Duncan, 30, broke into a home on the 18000 block of Bent Willow Circle around 1 p.m., assaulted a man inside and stole a television. The victim told police that two men had robbed him, and police say they are still searching for another suspect.
Spriggs-Duncan was charged with armed robbery, home invasion, first degree assault, and use of a firearm during a violent crime.
