Germantown Man, 30, Killed In 2-Vehicle Crash On Saturday Night

GERMANTOWN, MD — Jose Vidal Urias Beltran, 30, of Germantown was identified as the victim in the fatal two-car collision that occurred around 11:16 p.m., Saturday on Frederick Road at Plummer Drive, according to Montgomery County Police.

A preliminary investigation determined that a Silver 2006 Ford F250 heading southbound on Frederick Road struck the blue 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee in which Beltran was a passenger.

The Jeep was turning left from Frederick Road onto westbound Plummer Drive when it was hit by the Ford F250 in the intersection, according to police. Beltran was pronounced dead on the scene.
