Montgomery County Police are asking the public to help find a missing Germantown man.

GERMANTOWN, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public to help find a missing Germantown man. Manuel Antonio Smith, 38, of Appledowre Circle, last spoke with his family by phone on Tuesday, Oct. 17, authorities say. Family members have been unable to contact him since that call.
Smith is described as an African American man who is 5’ 5” tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.
Police and family members are concerned for Smith’s welfare.
