Northwest Golfers Advance to Finals at State Championship

Northwest High School golfers Joseph Burkinshaw and his golf team co-captain Brian Norwitz will advance to the final championship round Wednesday at the state tournament at the University of Maryland Golf Course in College Park.

According to the Maryland Public Scecondary Schools Athletic Assocation results, the juniors are among the teams and individuals who qualified from Monday and Tuesday's semifinal rounds.
