The Miracle League celebrated the opening of its new baseball field in Germantown — with some help from the Washington Nationals. Players, state dignitaries and county officials attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday in Germantown. The new field was designed to accommodate athletes with physical and mental disabilities.
