Police: Alcohol Possible Factor in Deadly Crash

A Clarksburg woman was killed in a crash Tuesday near Dawsonville. Victims from Germantown and Baltimore were injured.

Authorities say alcohol may have contributed to an accident in which a Clarksburg woman died Tuesday.

The crash occurred in the Dawsonville area of Montgomery County on Darnestown Road (Route 28) at Whites Ferry Road (Route 107).

Investigators say a 2003, Chevrolet S10 Trailblazer with three occupants was on Darnestown Road approaching the Whites Ferry Road intersection. For reasons under investigation, the Trailblazer crossed the center line and struck a 2008 Honda Accord, which also had three occupants.
