Social Day Club for Early Stage Memory Loss in Germantown
The JCA Thome Kensington Club in Germantown Maryland is now open at the Germantown Community Center.
The Thome Kensington Club @ Germantown Community Center is an upcounty program of the JCA.
The Club is designed to meet the needs of adults in the early stages of diagnosed memory loss. It also
provides much needed care partner respite. Since 2008, JCA’s Kensington Clubs have provided socialization with peers and meaningful cognitive and physical activity in comfortable surroundings. We are excited to be collaborating with Montgomery County Department of Recreation at the Germantown Community Center. The Club meets Mondays and Thursdays from 10-2pm. Snacks, lunch, activities and a monthly trip is provided. The Club address is: Germantown Community Center, 18905 Kingsview Road, Germantown, Maryland.
