WATCH: Armed Man Robs Same Germantown Liquor Store Twice
Police are searching for a man who they believe robbed a Germantown liquor store twice in ten days.

GERMANTOWN, MD — Montgomery County Police is looking for a man they believe is responsible for two armed robberies at the same Germantown business on Feb. 3 and Feb. 13.
At about 9:30 p.m. Feb. 3, officers responded to the Middlebrook Discount Beer & Wine at 19601 Frederick Rd. for a report of an armed robbery.
The investigation revealed that the suspect entered the store, held a knife to the cashier and demanded money, police said. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene.

Ten days later at about 5:05 p.m. Feb. 13, officers responded to the same store for a report of another armed robbery.
The suspect again entered the store, displayed a knife, threatened the cashier and fled from the store with an undisclosed amount of money, police told Patch.

The store cashier also reported to detectives that during both robberies, the suspect stole a bottle of Arbor Mist wine from the store.
Anyone with information about the suspect or these commercial armed robberies is asked to contact the Montgomery County Police Department Major Crimes Division at 240-773-5070. To be eligible for a reward, tipsters may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to the arrest and/or indictment of this suspect. Tipsters will remain anonymous.
