When to Watch Fireworks in Germantown

The Fourth of July holiday is fast approaching, which means it’s almost time for some Independence Day fireworks.

Montgomery County is bringing fireworks back to Germantown this year with a display at the Germantown Soccerplex, located at 18041 Central Park Cir. in Boyds, Maryland.

Festivities will kick off at 7 p.m. with a patriotic concert by the Tina Turner Revue featuring Suzette Dorsey, and the fireworks are slated to begin shortly after dark with an approximate start time of 9:15 p.m.

Coolers, blankets and lawnchairs are all permitted, and there will be also food vendors on site. Alcohol is prohibited from this event.
