Woman Wanted For Stealing Purse In A Germantown Starbucks: PD

Montgomery County Police have released a composite sketch of a woman they say stole a purse from a Germantown Starbucks earlier this month.

GERMANTOWN, MD — Authorities released a composite sketch Tuesday of a woman they say stole a purse inside a Germantown Starbucks on March 8.

According to Montgomery County Police, a purse was stolen from the Starbucks, located at 13408 Kingsview Village Ave., around 3:30 p.m. The alleged purse snatcher was last seen on foot in the 13300 block of Dovedale Way.

Investigators describe the suspect as a 5-foot-5, 180-pound Hispanic woman with dark hair. Officials added that she was wearing a teal hoodie and blue jeans.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect or this theft is urged to call police at 240-773-6237. Those who wish to remain anonymous can call the county's Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). A cash reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
