3 Shootings Occur In A Two-Day Span In Glen Burnie: Police Report

Anne Arundel County Police ask that anyone with information about any of the three incidents contact them.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Three shootings occurred in a two-day span in Glen Burnie, according to police. On June 16 at approximately 4:20 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in the area of Greenbranch Lane and Fruitful Court. A man had exchanged words with a three men he didn't know and one of them shot him, then took off. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.

Ten minutes later, officers responded to the Baltimore Washington Medical Center for a report of a shooting that occurred in the area of Tall Pines Court and Elvaton Road in Glen Burnie. Two men were shot while riding in a vehicle, according to a police report. They drove themselves to the hospital for treatment.

The next day at 2:45 a.m., officers responded to Harbor Hospital for a report about an adult with a gunshot wound. The victim was unable to give detectives specific details, police disclosed.
