70-Year-Old Shoots Man He Lives With In Northern Anne Arundel County: Police

A 70-year-old shot a man that he lives with in Anne Arundel County, police said. The victim was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.

BROOKLYN, MD — A 70-year-old on Wednesday shot a man that he lives with in northern Anne Arundel County, police said.

Officers said the victim, 48, was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.

Authorities said the shooting happened around 2:30 p.m. inside a Brooklyn home in the unit block of Park Place.

Police said the suspect was still at the scene, and they arrested him without further incident.

Officers identified the arrestee as George Albert Summers of Brooklyn, Maryland.

Authorities are still investigating and interviewing witnesses.
