GLEN BURNIE, MD — Third Eye Comics has booked a July grand opening for its latest expansion in the county.
Residents will be able to participate in the event on July 25 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 7990-2 Crain Highway, just minutes away from BWI Marshall Airport.
"You’ve been asking for years for a Third Eye location serving the greater Baltimore region, and we are happy to announce: this summer, we’re bringing it to you," reads an announcement.
Grand opening festivities will include the debut of Third Eye Thrift, for shoppers with a special interest in vintage finds.
All in-store items at the 10,000-square-foot space — not including pre-orders, gift cards, new releases or games workshop — will be discounted by 25%.
The first five shoppers who line up early will be given a free shirt, with a free sticker being given to the first 25 shoppers.
The July opening marks the brand's ninth expansion.
Third Eye Comics operates locations in Annapolis, Waldorf, College Park, and Lexington Park, as well as sites in Virginia.
The Glen Burnie location will be open to customers 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with doors staying open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
