AACPL's administrative offices are currently based in Annapolis.

A release issued by the St. John Properties real estate firm indicates AACPL will use the new 30,613 square foot space to house its finance, human resources, marketing, maintenance and delivery, and executive teams.

"Our team has worked in our current building for many decades, and it was time to provide the space and tools needed to support our growing staff and operations," AACPL CEO Skip Auld said in a statement.

"Following an extensive real estate search, we believe the building at Aviation Business Park will improve collaboration, enhance efficiency and provide the flexible space we need to support our staff and better serve the community for years to come."

An exact date for the move has not been released but will take place during the first quarter of 2027, according to the release.
