Attempted ATM Theft In Glen Burnie Prompts Chase Through Baltimore, Dundalk: Police
Three suspects slammed a van into a Glen Burnie Walgreens trying to steal an ATM inside, police said. A Baltimore and Dundalk chase ensued.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Police announced that they arrested a man Monday after an attempted ATM theft in Glen Burnie prompted a chase through Baltimore and Dundalk. Officers identified the arrestee as 29-year-old Arteze Marquis Lang of Baltimore.
The encounter started around 5:30 a.m. when authorities responded to a Walgreens, located at 7953 Crain Highway, for an intruder alarm. Witnesses told police that three males were using a van to ram into the storefront in hopes of stealing the ATM from the business.
As officers arrived, they said they saw a trio hop in a white Ford E-350 and flee eastbound on Crain Highway. Authorities chased the truck through Baltimore City and into Baltimore County. The chase ended in Dundalk on Dundalk Avenue.

The suspects left the truck and ran away, police said. Officers caught one of the men, but they could not find the other two suspects.
Authorities said they learned that the Ford was stolen from somewhere in Baltimore. Officials impounded the truck for processing.
