Just moments ago, Governor O’Malley addressed a large crowd in Annapolis about his comprehensive, common sense reforms to prevent gun violence. According to a recent Washington Post poll, over 85 percent of Marylanders back the Governor’s proposal to require individuals to get a license before purchasing a handgun — including fingerprinting. Here are a few of the many who support this important legislation.
