Ice Lab

Located at the old Glen Burnie icehouse, 7405 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd., Ice Lab offers three sizes of cubed, crushed and block ice as well as standard half-block ice luges. Customers can also buy dry ice blocks to ship foods such as fresh fish and Maryland crab meat to out-of-state friends and relatives.

The service dock at the front of the icehouse is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Sundays 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Ring the bell if no sales representative is available. Customers who place orders online or purchase in advance enjoy easy pick-up from Ice Lab’s outdoor merchandiser during normal business hours.

For cocktail connoisseurs and the professionals who serve them, Ice Lab’s over-sized artisan cubes offer dazzling clarity without diluting taste. The cubes are hand-carved from 300-lb. crystal clear blocks created in a special freezer using filtered water and are sold in varying shapes and sizes: collins, squares and spheres.
