  1. Late Tuesday, June 14, there were reports of gunfire in the Severn area. Several cars in an apartment complex were riddled with bullet holes. Anyone with any information, please contact police. (Fox Baltimore)
  2. According to the law, any plants grown outside of the area and shipped to Maryland is illegal. Several garden centers could possibly be in legal trouble because of this. County council members Amanda Fiedler and Jessica Haire think this law is outdated and are looking into how to rectify the situation. (Bay Weekly)
  3. A Beltsville retired butcher took a chance and won! He spent $50 on a variety of lottery games and won on all of them! They say "you have to play to win" and that is just what this gentleman did. He is now $104,000 richer. (News Break)
