Cocaine, Cash, Scale, Marijuana Found In Two Vehicles: Police

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Anne Arundel County police officers investigated two suspicious people conducting what officers believed to be a drug transaction in the area of Winding Wood Road and Green Branch Lane April 5. The officers searched a Ford Escape and a black Nissan Altima, which led to the discovery of 142.26 grams of marijuana, a digital scale and $955 from the Ford and 1.18 grams of suspected cocaine and CDS paraphernalia from the Nissan.

Officers arrested 33-year-old Malcolm Jerome Matthews of Baltimore who had the silver Ford Escape and 26-year-old Malaya Kennedy Jackson of Lanham who had the Nissan Altima.
