Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Names Kandie Strickland as Field Marketing Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Kandie Strickland as Mid-Atlantic Region Field Marketing Manager where she will oversee the marketing division. Several of her responsibilities include advertising, client services, internal and external communications, and public relations strategies.

Strickland brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communications, having spearheaded marketing programs for several national restaurant brands, one of the leading retail chains in the country, one of the “Big Three” auto manufacturers in America, and a national professional association. She began her career with the Mortgage Bankers Association in Washington, D.C., where she monitored legislative news, managed the member newsletter and organized events. Her marketing expertise includes advertising, publications, event planning, public relations, market research and campaigns targeting multicultural audiences.

She also has an impressive teaching background, having been an adjunct advertising and marketing professor at Loyola College and a teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools earlier in her career. She holds an undergraduate degree from University of Maryland College Park and an MBA in Marketing from Loyola College in Maryland.
