Drunk Man Tried To Break Into Taco Food Truck: Police

Dwayne Gerard Drake, 31, of Baltimore attempted to bust into a food truck Thursday. Anne Arundel County officers say Drake was intoxicated.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — An intoxicated man attempted to break into the Taqueria Los Jarochos Food Truck Thursday, which was parked at 7212 Ritchie Highway. When officers arrived at approximately 6:30 p.m., they found 31-year-old Dwayne Gerard Drake of Baltimore leaning on the door of the food truck. As officers attempted to escort him away, he became "disorderly and belligerent," according to a police report.

Witnesses said Drake had been pulling on the door handle yelling for the employees to open the door and let him in. When they didn't unlock the door and let him in, he began yelling through the front window for them to let him in. Drake was arrested and charged with second degree burglary, third degree burglary, fourth degree burglary and disorderly conduct.
