General Meeting, GFWC Woman's Club of Linthicum Heights

The meeting, which is open to the public, will feature David Shover, floral designer and instructor.  He will create holiday arrangements of various styles which will be raffled off afterwards.  Mr. Shover was a floral designer at the 1989 Presidential inauguration, at Sak's Fifth Avenue opening, at Lord & Taylor's Design Show and at Bloomingdale's Bridal Fair and he has won numerous floral design contests.
