Good Food for Good Health Weekend

Residents can shop and learn about healthy eating habits while grocery shopping at local markets throughout the county during January. Health educators will field questions about nutrition and share low-fat recipes along with other healthy living tips. Plan to bump into these recipes and physical activity ideas as you shop throughout the store. Good Food for Good Health Weekends are sponsored by the Learn to Live program of the Anne Arundel County Department of Health.

The program will take place at Box N' Save at 7931 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. in Glen Burnie on these dates:

  • Jan. 7, Noon to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Jan. 8, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Jan. 9, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
