Fire Investigators Want Your Help in Finding Arson Suspect

GLEN BURNIE, MD - Investigators with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect in an arson fire that occurred early Saturday in Glen Burnie.
The department has posted a grainy 19-second video of the suspect on its Facebook page.

Just before 5 a.m., firefighters responded to an auto fire in the 6100 block of Harris Heights Avenue. "Due to the suspicious nature of the fire," investigators were called to the scene, the department said.
They found "video evidence" of the fire and are requesting the public's help in generating leads for a suspect, the department said. Based on the video, the suspect is a male, about 6 feet tall, and he has a mustache/goatee.

"The suspect is most likely suffering from facial and or hand burns," the department said.
The fire department also released a photo of "what is possibly a Nissan Altima or similar vehicle," related to the fire investigation.
